Session description: The global health crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic has unprecedented health, psychological, social and economic impacts. Such pandemic effects also influence human behaviour. However, the underlying understanding of such behaviours due to the pandemic stays ambiguous. The questions we may ask:

  1. Is it the first crisis we face in our life?
  2. Did we learn from previous crises?
  3. Did we get out of the previous crises?
  4. Did we share knowledge?

Adopting integrated approaches to identify, manage, share and capitalize on the experience and intellectual peoples’ capital. It is also evident that Knowledge Sharing [KS] is an important source of value creation in society and needs to be managed carefully. The purpose of this talk is to show that even crises have a negative impact we should take the opportunities with the contribution of all people by sharing their knowledge. Covid-19 is one of the current crises because it has affected the world, societies, and individuals so can we consider that knowledge sharing is a great opportunity that everyone to contribute built a strategy for the wellness of humanity by investing more in individuals inside the organizations and develop a culture of sharing knowledge by using Information technology. Be positive by sharing your knowledge.
